CONCRETE PLACEMENT
The placement of concrete is a very important operation, which largely determines the success of a structure and its durability. Particular care is therefore necessary and all the technical and cllimatic parameters must be considered.
We, at Inframain, had developed a full service concrete-contractor specializing in concrete foundations, poured walls, building slabs, elevated decks, warehouse floors, sidewalks, stamped concrete, architectural concrete, and specialty services.
During the past few years, Inframain successfully executed several repair projects where concrete placement was a major challenging. among the most proven and efficient methods is Pour & Pump technique where self-consolidating concrete (SCC) is used to avoid honeycombing and internal anomaly formation.


STRENGTHENING MATERIAL
Strengthening of concrete structures must be considered when the existing structure deteriorates or any alteration to the structure has to be made due to which the structure may fail to serve its purpose. Concerns must be taken to existing materials, often in deteriorated condition, loads during strengthening and to existing geometry. In some cases it can also be difficult to reach the areas that need to be strengthened.
At Inframain, many strengthening techniques are available depending on the purpose needed from strengthening. Some of those techniques being used fall under conventional repair and strengthening methods (e.g. concrete jacketing and section enlargement) and some other methods which are being utilized recently refer to new technologies like surface mounted rods, external post-tensioning as well as strengthening using fiber reinforced polymers.
CEMENTITIOUS ADDITIVES
Additives are chemicals and materials blended into base cement slurries to alter the performance of the cement. Due to the inherent nature of base cements (Neat, Portland and Pozzolanic) and because of the demands placed on the cement sheath throughout the life of the well, the performance properties of the cementing slurry are modified to address the specific and unique conditions of each well.
All of Inframain additive advancements were made with one goal in mind: to help operators benefit from a long-term tight annular seal and cement-sheath resilience for superior zonal isolation, even in technically demanding wells or environmentally sensitive areas.
