MODULES & APPLICATIONS

Infrascan contains several modules and applications that provide comprehensive data for the agency about its assets and allow the user to properly manage the assets in terms of inventory, actions, priorities and cost. The modules had been developed in a way so that they can be either used as stand alone applications or integrate with each other to form a comprehensive infrastructure asset management software.

Our applications are divided among three main branches as detailed below. Asset Identification Set contains all modules that provide details about the structure inventory, condition, description, list of relevant documents as well as real time data. The second set (Asset Evaluation and Assessment) aims at analyzing all data collected to provide a summary of the structure's status and list of actions needed. The last set (Asset Management) focuses at organizing and prioritizing all actions taking into consideration various parameters such as condition, budget, time frame, location and deterioration.

Inventory Module

Based on various International Standards the inventory module contains numerous attributes and features related to the structure such as structure breakdown, historic data, description, geometry, coding as well as relevant multimedia files in various formats.

Inspection Workflow

A wide range of inspection checklists, workflows, defect libraries, sketches and much more had been built into this module to enable field inspector as well as office manager to better assess the condition of structure with minimum error and maximum output.

Monitoring Devices

This module allows the manager to link the database with existing monitoring devices and data acquisition systems. It also has the capability of importing data from standard database format and providing updates and alerts.

ASSET EVALUATION & ASSESMENT PROCESS

(Rate, Predict & Evaluate Your Assets)

This module enables the user to calculate predictions for the performance of each segment and element of the asset, according to the specified maintenance strategy. It also includes degradation curves, evolution,  transition matrices and expert elicitation.

Deterioration

It gives the user the ability to get a wider view of various involved costs from the original cost of construction to current depreciated cost a well as an estimation of the needed inspection, repair and maintenance costs.

Rating

This module transforms the field evaluation of the structure into various condition states. The states given can also be transformed into different key indexes reflecting the status and performance of the assets at different levels.

ASSET MANAGEMENT & MONITORING

(Visualize, Monitor & Manager Your Assets)

This module provides the importance of each action and its effect on cost and on the condition states of the asset. It can prioritize activities found in the work bank based on asset condition, importance, budget availability and time frame.

Prioritization

Lifecycle Assessment

Enabling users to proactively maintain asset parts, efficiently balance schedules, optimize resources and track key metrics. It also helps minimize costly repairs, reduce operational downtime and manage asset life cycle.

Management

This module gives the executive project staff with summary of main ongoing activities, specific highlights, warnings, statistics, delays, and resources utilized and many others all presented in a customizable dashboard layout.
